"For we walk by faith, not by sight." - II Corinthians 5:7
Sometimes, the grandest journeys begin with the simplest of steps. I remember the very first investment I made for my church:
a Print-o-Matic. A modest mimeograph machine, costing just $60.00 at the time, designed for printing penny postcards. It might seem insignificant, but it became the cornerstone of our early outreach.
Every positive response I received while ringing doorbells led to another name on my mailing list. Week after week, those simple postcards carried a powerful message: "We've got an exciting thing happening at the drive-in church this week." Slowly, steadily, my congregation grew, nurtured by consistent reminders and the belief in what could be.
This experience taught me a profound truth:
If you're a possibility thinker, you can start with almost nothing. The key isn't the grandiosity of your beginnings, but the strength of your conviction. You need to wholeheartedly believe that you possess the ability to rise from humble origins to achieve great heights.
Setting goals, even when starting with seemingly nothing, sets you on an upward trajectory. Each step, each small victory, propels you further along the ladder of success and happiness.
Remember, strong faith builds successful somedays! Don't let a lack of resources deter you.
Embrace the power of starting small and the unwavering belief in the possibilities that lie ahead.
